Clinical advances in the diagnosis and management of patients with cirrhosis of the liver have advanced rapidly over the past decade. Cirrhosis is now one of the leading causes of death in the US. This summit will discuss new advances in diagnostic and treatment approaches, with appropriate recommendations from existing management guidelines.
